Animals know no borders! In poor neighborhoods of Lima, the dogs and cats often outnumber the people. They roam the streets unspayed and unneutered, eating from the garbage and reproducing without constraint. Contrary to what seems like neglect, we have found that these dogs and cats are beloved pets, but owners have limited resources.
